Grief and Bereavement

There are times in our lives where we may lose someone who is close to us. Whether this is a shock or something we were expecting, these are very sad times. When something like this happens, it is important that we understand that 'grief' is part of the healing process, and that through grieving we will start to feel better. It is very healthy to share our thoughts with others, but if you don't feel ready to do this, you could write your thoughts down. This 'Grief Journal' will help you to remember all the brilliant times that you had with this person as well as how much you will miss them.
