Self Esteem is all about believing in yourself and being confident about the things that you do well. It helps you to try new experiences as well as not giving up when things don't quite go to plan. Having a low self-esteem of ourselves is not good for our mental health and wellbeing. When things go wrong, sometimes our mind will play tricks on us and make us feel that we are not good at anything, and this will knock our confidence. We must always try to remember that nobody is brilliant at everything, but we are all brilliant at something.
